There appears to be two interested parties...with the strength IOVA's stock performance relative to the rest of them market (even with the sell off at the close) it looks like something is brewing...most takeovers react with similar technicals. In addition the Options purchases have been brisk and in the shorter expiration.

IMHO...it is a tough time to put together a sale, this is the time to move on IOVA. Perhaps an acquire can get it for $50 a share rather than $60?

I agree, it could be stock and cash, whereas before it would likely have been cash. But $6M is not a big cash price to pay for IOVA's developed technology.
