Thanks for the update. Your comment: "The silver lining in this delay was the total collapse of the oil industry. Since then the opportunities that once had a large upfront investment are coming back with minimal initial cost". Is what I was alluding to in a previous post.

Which is why I continue to buy. Smaller amounts, yes but at least not selling.
