Thanks. I also see the oil price drop as an opportunity as properties become devalued. I've read a lot of varying opinions bout the "Oil Crisis" but the bottom line is Its hurting all involved entities. Just because Russia can increase production and break even doesn't mean its good for them. Russia is a one trick pony and its oil-gas. I'm sure there are lots of powerful oligarchs pissed off that they aren't raking in those extra millions. Even worse for the Saudi's. Its not sustainable. Oil will come back.
