Yes, Mr. Dixon was involved in this company, and was 8K'd as a director, though that is disputed. They have not 8K'd his separation from the company.

But he was involved in the "setup." Only takes a search of his name here under "All Post Search" to find the reputation.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
