First off, it is a post on a foreign public forum board, so it isn’t exactly verified information from the company.

Secondly, they can register their stock with the SEC and FINRA and sell some of it to the public anytime they’d want to do so. There are 200M shares available in this parent company to whatever subsidiaries really exist.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
