Absolute bullshit! There is no way to know if and when they will reopen. This is wishfull thinking at best. They financially cannot handle the decisive and definitive hit they are going to take.

Folks WILL NOT RETURN TO SNAKES FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS, and they will bleed to death at breakneck speed. They will absolutely have to dilute by selling shares and the downward spiral will accelerate exponentially.
