Tim Huff did what he told the investors he would do, he stepped down as CEO of the company. That is the only promise I saw him make as everything else is a business plan and projections.

As stated the technology is still there and the guy with that vision is the CTO which is the right place for him. He has a vested interest in making this vision into reality. He no longer is calling the shots thus he kept his promise.
