It means things are finally moving. They are finally making product. With all the delays in the past, investors are waiting to see if this company will actually put money in the bank. If they can close a deal this quarter, this thing will move multi penny IMO. Until they close a deal, it's still a waiting game to some extent. That being said, this company looks better than it ever has right now to me.
