There was an article posted here back about a month or two that rated telemedicine companies. In that article TDO*C didn't have a great rating regarding service. Here is a tweet by a user complaining about their service...over 2 hr. wait and then got hung up on.
Waited on hold with your company for over two hours. One of your associates dumped the call, which led me to a survey. This is very sad....very sad.
