I am fully aware of the language of the recent 10K.

You proved my point: there is NOT ONE reference to the production or commercialization of BMG in the consumer electronic field.

However, there are six references to “NON-CONSUMER ELECTRONICS” and a clear and unbated statement supporting such direction.

Paragraph three is the dagger: “we will NOT purse application of our bulk liquidmetal alloys in consumer electronics”. This means in ANY application: component or end product. PERIOD!

There are strict regulations concerning the inclusive language of SEC filings and if they are involved, in any form, in the production of BMG’s in the “consumer electronic” field it would be a clear violation.

There is NO clearer statement...PERIOD. Stop trying to reconfigure words to support an unsupportable belief. Until an actual and OFFICIAL PR, 8K, 10K etc., is published, there is NO CE.
