The Virus is a Coastal thing when it comes to seriousness and amount of cases.
Our Governor declared a State of emergency when we only had 4 cases...very early. We have stayed home for the most part.
Right now we have 1086 cases...19 deaths.
Most of the cases are isolated to Metropolitan areas.
The County that I live in...the largest county in the State geographically...has a total of 5 cases.
Colorado is a huge vacation destination during ski season. With many international travelers. If not for that...we would probably be way lower in cases than we than we have now.
Also...our Governor ordered ALL ski areas closed a week and a half ago. Once again...early.

PS: Our State isn't crying for Ventilators or PPE. Probably because we were more prepared. Country folk usually don't depend on Government to keep them safe and solvent...we just store food, water, guns and ammo ;)
