I need a lot more detailed explanation of the different components to understand the ramifications, but I see a lot of easily abused components. Some on the surface don't even make sense, for instance, without knowing the details a small business can be given a loan, which can be forgiven if they continue to pay their employees for a period of time. I more detail but it seems simplistic and of questionable value. Giving self employed and "gig" economy individuals unemployment benefits seems ripe for abuse. There was a lot of discussion about oversight for big industry payments, which is warranted, but some of that money goes in the form of loans that will be paid back and the enforcement of the regulations will be relatively easy, not so much for individual payments.
