The math isn’t hard. If they were able to sell stock at 20+ cents that was bought under a penny, a lease payment, even the amount reflected for the purchase of the controlling interest, is a pittance (and might have been one of those paper transactions) to paint a compelling picture.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
