I would assume that is because there weren’t enough test. At first everyone was told to take the test if you have symptoms. This falls inline with what was going on 2 weeks ago. Even now they only want people to take the test if they have symptoms. Because the media made a mountain out of a mole hill, this is why they test him. I don’t buy into conspiracy theory. most thing are what they appear to be at least 99% of the time in my experience.
