They could just put out that they are currently in the process of completing a
contract with a supplier or Tier 1 and should be completed by April. Don't have to mention any company name, what type of company(telecom,data etc.) or details of the contract. This would in no way would violate any type of NDA. Most of us have signed 1 in our life and they are similar in verbiage. They already have stated many times they are working with Tier 1's and that isnt a violation of the NDA so whats the difference. NDA is just a good escape goat and excuse for lack of progress and updates.
