That is a wonderful question, and two things come into play with this.
1. No idea when the Supreme Court would have updated this status to begin with. Take note that several of the older conferences are from 2017. Arris could sit in limbo for years.

2. This whole COVID-19 has the world in uncharted waters, delaying all sorts of court cases.

So, definitively I can not answer your question. Those two variables are huge.
