Well, that makes sense. That said, your personal vendetta against the other poster here may also affect others financially. Does that seem fair to us "others"?

I understand your frustration, assuming all happened as you've stated, but KAVL is simply a start up and from what I can tell, not a scam. Based on the definition of a scam I have seen no such attempt to defraud and/or deceive investors here.

It seems it's 2 guys trying to sell a real product they've created and appears they have a unique offering, albeit a not so unique idea, but a better mouse trap we'll say. To do this they need the leverage that going public provides. Hence, the creation of KAVL.

Now, whether they succeed in selling enough product to make the company profitable remains to be seen, but even if they fail to sell enough I'd still not call this a scam...more like a valiant, but failed attempt to break into the vaping market.

Anyway, I wish you the best going forward and hope you are able to recoup any losses you sustained. You may want to look a bit closer at KAVL, because they do have a unique offering, a decent share structure and a CEO with a successful track record in this market.
