That is my one concern with Bob is that he doesn't have any urgency to grow the company. Him and Matt continue to enrich themselves off the shareholder. I have only followed Virtra for 2 years and I can see this.

When the COO has no skin in the game what does he care if the company grows. Collecting his $300k a year plus options. A new BOD might change this.
