Hi kev; The web sites with data are "misleading" to those who do not understand what data is being presented. We did/do NOT need to test "everybody" to determine the rate there is something in science called sampling; but at this point it's too late to have much of an impact. And yes it is partly the King's fault(he disregarded advise in Jan & Feb) that enough test kits were not available soon enough!
