Michael. If you truly believe that, why don't you sell and move on? Why waste your time and money by hanging around and hangin on? Am seriously interested in a response to this.

Don't get me wrong. Personally, I am not thinking about selling, because I have weighed risk/reward and I still like the odds, and because I have patience.
