gosh how stupid can I be to think a mask perfectly handled can not be universally useful to avoid those trillions op dispersed deadly droplets??

As Shaj said here long ago, the most a mask is likely to do for you in daily life is keep you from touching your mouth or nose.

But I don't think wearing masks had anything to do with lower coronavirus rates in some Asian countries. It had much more to do with the culture. If the government tells people to stay home, they do. Here and in Europe, not so much. Until it's too late to do the good it could have done.
