Exactly what happened here in Florida. People were given a chance to police themselves- 1/2 capacity in restaurants and bars- space out on the beaches... and what do they do? Ignore the whole damn thing. Some establishments went full capacity. Then bitch because the gubbiment steps in and says if you folks won't cooperate, we'll have to lay down the law by closing everything down here in the middle of Spring break Unfortunately, it screws those establishments who were trying to comply.

Unfortuneatly people tend to be too stupid to understand what is good for them
