Pegs if there is a news release it will possibly be a material news event released before the market opens the morning of the conference call or possibly something out after the year end company 10K comes out which should be April 1st. The Coretec , 3dicon merger was announced the morning before the market opened with a call in at 3:05 pm after the close of the market that same day . Since they are waiting to have the call in April 7th which is after the 10K would come out that might be a sign they have a material news event coming after April 1st . Time will tell but a material news release before the 10K comes out would have to start with a 8K and be put in subsequent events etc... and who would want to release important news that way so I think we could be seeing some news out at some point after the 10K comes out which I would look for the 10K on April 1st. and perhaps we will get something good after that in an important update of some sort.
