No man, CareClix, Inc. is paying CareClix Network LLC the lions share of the money for the telemedicine services they actually provide.

The Company has retained the services of medical doctors provided through CareClix Network, LLC, an unrelated entity, as part of its telemedicine services. The Company pays CareClix Network LLC on a monthly basis for the services provided during each month. The Company is billed for these services on the 15th day of the month following the month in which the services are provided, and the cost of the services is recorded as a cost of sales. For the month of September 2019, the Company was billed a total of $91,815 for these services by CareClix Network, LLC in October 2019, and the Company recorded the total amount as a cost of sales for September 2019 and recorded accrued expense of $91,815.

Careclix Inc is providing the software and ACCESS to telemedicine services at a cost, and then paying the separate CareClix Network a lower cost, IE receiving a fixed margin of profit. That's weird, a company providing a service at a higher price than their cost, what kind of sham business is this.

It is called a bait and switch sham, to entice penny stock marks to purchase extremely overvalued shares of a sham company.

91.8K paid to the private entity CareClix Network, LLC in October 2019 alone.

Which one of the longs will tell us all who owns CareClix Network, LLC?
