SOME THOUGHTS ON NATURAL SHRIMP
My wife and I have been a SHMP shareholder for three years now and we are proud to say that we hold 1.5 million+ shares of this great venture. I am a personal friend of CEO Gerald Easterling as we have served on our Church Board together and I can assure you that Gerald is a tremendous person, leader and businessman. His entire team is top notch and dedicated to success. Yes, the fire was a setback, but let's examine a couple of pluses:

1. What if we had 10,000 or 20,000 pounds of shrimp right now to get to market and more coming every week. Who would buy them with restaurants closed down for an indefinite period? No one!

2. The company already had funds in place to build the new facility in LaCoste that is to be the state of the art prototype production facility before the fire...now that money along with any insurance funds can allow for even a bigger and better facility to rise from the ashes..and maybe seed funds for another facility in another part of U.S. once the COVID-19 situation has passed.

3. Trust that the company has, and has had, a solid plan in place to generate a tremendous income from the many joint ventures from other aquaculture companies around the world for their new and game changing patented technology. This alone will eventually generate untold profits.

4. The world will need and have a new awareness for clean and safe food sources after the COVID-19 situation has passed. SHMP will be at the forefront of driving that initiative. In case you don't know, F&T Water Solutions and Natural Aquatic Systems are a part of and partners with SHMP and is constantly working to enhance and improve the new Vibro-Suppression Technology.

The fire was only a setback, BUT, in some ways a pause when the world is pausing, that will lead to even greater success in the days, months and years to come. Heads up my fellow shareholders. If you weather the storm and think of the long term, your patience and persistence will be greatly rewarded.
