anyway, ... CryBaby Whiners', Have NEVER Been ALLOWED In My House' ... so I'm not paying much attention to "here" very much' at all' ...

Back to the "COOP" Investment', WMI now to WMIH-Corp, ...I never got anywhere with my reporting of the "abuse" of the Delaware Local Rules, that were allowed within the WMIIC / WMI BK's, (the block & delay mechanism) and the (TPS continued attempts at disruption post Plan 7's implementation, and their use of a FAILED' "pro-se" objector'), ... that was a very seriously tight group' ... they were going to do just exactly what they were going to do' ... period' ... and obviously DID',

... but now, I've been reporting what I believe are the abusive uses of the SEC allowances directly to the SEC ... a much broader spectrum' beyond the Delaware Local BK' Rules ... in my opinion, the manipulation of these SEC financial reporting allowances is way, way, over the top' ... SEC 10-Q and 10-K submissions are designed to inform investors, not to be manipulated to withhold relevant financial information from the shareholder' ... the abuse of the rules, sort of defeats the actual purpose of the SEC' itself'
