I am not aware of any new thing (meanwhile read MRC' docs … all of them) that changed my mind: most likely the Judge will take "whole label" approach and Amarin will win. (please note: whole label is necessary … "the 12-weeek" is not enough, "LDL-C / Apo-b" is required also.)
