Thanks for that update. Funny thing is he explains why they didn't use PASO letterhead, but doesn't explain why Vpay and Sunfish (he's the CEO, so I guess he can do what he wants) would allow them to use their letterheads.

It would be like a Wal Mart executive, using Wal Mart letterhead, stating that they personally owned shares in the company I work for. FYI, in no way is the company I work for related to Wal Mart.

Ultimately, what it suggests to me is that Vpay and Sunfish must be okay with it, which further arouses my suspicions that one or both of these names may be mentioned as the merger candidate(s).

Maybe it's a multi concentric merger or an amalgamation of sorts. They did say there were a lot of moving parts...Not only interesting, but an extremely compelling and profitable opportunity here imo!
