Mr Shockey’s buys are on VPay letterhead. My buys are in Sunfish Health letter head. Although we are directors/advisors to PASO and holdings as shareholders on the open market / direct company purchases we are not officers in the Corporation and don’t have the right to use PASO letterhead with our signatures as official correspondence.

I can’t comment who at this time is affiliated with said merger. I can comment that although market conditions have been tumultuous we have regular weekly calls with the Private Equity representatives and their other deals have been closing although slightly behind schedule. This market hasn’t done us any favors but I remain confident we will be getting to the LOI stage in short order.
