New CEO revealed himself on OTCMarkets days ago.

Court issued the order for the Custodian to terminate and hand over the shell to the Folks R/M in and bringing the Biotech goodies.

Next thing is Nevada SOS update listing the new officers and directors.

That can happen any minute.

Once the new CEO is listed at Nevada SOS, he can legally sign $MILV/NDT Pharmaceuticals Inc Fillings, and contracts.

My guess is they are waiting for ink to dry on the audited financials.
