Ok this is my second response to your questions! LOL

As far as apples at this time of year of course you are eating last years apples! I pick my apples in October November and place them in a root cellar. About 20 crates and each crate weights about 15 kilo's. Generally they last until June at which time I have early apple trees to resume the cycle .

Our teeth are designed to grind and press our food to make juice we are not Carnivores like so many people think! In fact it is important to properly grind our food so we add the right amount of Slavia to start the digestive process before it enter our sumac!

I see we both like golf so That is a good thing!
