Why would anyone sell at this price? Is that really the question you want to ask.

Try this answer.....because sometime in the next month, we will be down in the low 20s.....or lower.

The coronavirus is a whole new ballgame. We are in unchartered waters. The United States is a consumer economy, and it is about to take a knife in the back.

It will effect the market like nothing has going back to the early 1930s.
