i called the FDA and spoke to someone there as i was curious about all this - 888-463-6332 - i explained that i was thinking of taking the test and saw this ad and was wondering if they have heard of this company being approved. The woman i spoke to looked at a list and said she couldnt find anything, i mentioned that it appears the Qwest could possibly approve a lab and she said yes but didnt see it on her list.I asked her if she could possible mention this to her supervisor and have someone look into it as there are a lot of unscrupulous goings on around this stuff.

I then called Qwst 866-978-8378 and spoke to someone there. she said the lab is only done in their facilitites and that the only acceptable sample is a swab

if you dont believe me feel free to call the above numbers. in the morning i will be calling again ( just to make sure i receive the same answers)

if what is suspect is true and blood samples are not allowed i will be calling all the necessary depts i can think of , the california atty generals office, the fda again and anyone who i think would be interested in what may be a really disgusting attempt at fleecing people. I also pray no one has sent in the test as it has not been approved by the FDA nor are blood samples accepted.

if what i think may be the case this will be pursured a lot further
and we will see what happens.

so the company should immediatly cease this form of test as it is not acceptable... to be continued
