The SEC doesn't check anything in filings. They don't have the manpower. All they check is the header. It has to be perfect. This company had a sleazy place in another state do the filing once. They forgot the period in the "INC. \" And it was rejected because of it. In one filing they listed the CEO with a false name and it was never cought. The only time they check filings is if there are issues. Then they go back and look. No way do they have the manpower to check all the filings that come in every day.

You or the other guy didn't know that Lucky was the CEO, and yet you claim to know everything.
