Doc, you have to know better than the nonsense you post… I mean come on… All the SEC does is “check the header”? They can put anything they want in filings? Are you really unaware of the regulatory climate that public companies operate in? They go through quarterly reviews and annual audits – both FINRA and the SEC review these filings… are you suggesting that the government agencies don’t do their job? That their audit firm doesn’t do their job?

Visium is subjected to thorough scrutiny, like any other public company. To say otherwise is utter nonsense.

Are you suggesting that the Company’s current management is dishonest? You couldn’t be more wrong. Are you still clinging to the myth that Lucky has been doing whatever it is you think he does, in 50 companies? More nonsense… You allege that he was brought in to dump stock? Laughable - These sorts of allegations are completely untrue and unfounded…

It’s sort of a waste of time to respond to your ongoing disinformation – it’s important however that the readers of this board understand that they need to consider the source when they see your posts… I wonder if you’ve even read Visium’s 10-K or talked to the Company since Yates exited? – so much for your “due diligence”…

What I do know about this Company is that they are commercializing some cutting edge cybersecurity technology that was developed by MITRE and they are very close to bringing it to market... Cyber, like any other tech sector, is being adversely affected by the pandemic, but is still a strong market segment to be in... there is real potential here... and that's a fact
