The Best Good News might be that Roger is stepping aside and allowing a new CEO to take over the reins. Put Roger in control of GRO3 and the paving business. anything that hsppens there is just icing on the cake and incidental to the company's true focus.

He's done some great things, but like a ballplayer whose skills have diminished, it's now time to bow out gracefully. Too many missed opportunities in the past year and, as a result, longs are now getting wiped out with sub-penny prices.
