no need to worry about a earnings report. There is a PIPE that is going to inject Korean investor money. They are probably going to filter in the PIPE over 2 days. Somewhat similar to what beyond meat did. also like beyond meat pipe investors cannot sell for 6 months. the beautiful thing about is that it ensures tge stock stays over the price needed to uplist to nasdaq. and since the majority of the shares are held by empm (specifically dr lee)... i believe they have ensured that a selloff will not prevent them from uplisting. btw sawyers shares even further ensure this
