Exactly, no real substance with regard to disproving the BOD, Naxos and the 363 sale. PWC only dealt with CCAA. Period. They did say that the offer involved share purchase and royalties, though. Just ask Mica Arlette.

I have my own theory on what is happening. Bioamber has done this kind of deal in the past, only they were the acquiror, not the acquiree.
