Something else that cannot be ignored or forgotten is VHC has about 69.5 million shares. VPLM has about 2 Billion shares. Anyone that thinks this is not an important detail does not understand stocks very well.

Also these patent plays can languish for decades upon decades and go nowhere, as this one has done already. Add the frighteningly dismal court performance of the latest bestest lawyer ever and what you get is a huge red flag that says that almost anything else would be a smarter place to invest.

Definition of stupid: Knowing the truth, seeing evidence of the truth, but still believing the lie.
