In the long run, the Company may be limiting the number of authorized but unissued shares it can issue in the future without a further amendment of its Articles of Incorporation. Notwithstanding, the Company believes that maintaining 280,500,000 authorized but unissued Common shares will cover all of its reasonably foreseeable requirements.
