I'm quite concerned about what is really happening in Japan now. Their test rate is better than the US but still less than 100 tested per 1M of population. Can their very low infection rate be due to repressing the facts while they still hope to hold the Olympics in July? That would hardly be surprising know how badly they suppressed info in the nuclear crisis. It's hard to know the truth but likely as not they have cooked the books so far to keep reporting a very low infection rate.
