Very hard to tell why any stock is down right now. Many investors are simply pulling out of the market completely. Pull the cash and hold for bottom market. We are caught in the melee.

We all knew there would be a silent period until the legal stuff happened. Waiting to see if all comes to pass. Not a surprise there is no news yet. That will come after listing.
