You are correct. This offering if executed today would imo be almost criminal as they still have plenty of cash for another year and the recovery of the main market is likely in short term as the virus panic eventually dies down...and it will. If the company can wait until summer or fall before doing this offering I think we will be in a much better position to keep dilution to a minimum.
