Michael - In my opinion, we have ventured in to a whole new set of conditions that will pressure AMRN stock no matter what. If the case ruling is favorable, it will likely pop and drop. We are in an environment where share holders are looking to exit on any and all rallies - hence the high VIX value.
I think this new environment overshadows any good that can come from the ruling. AMRN is being driven down stream by bigger market forces / fundamentals.

I made 8 LABD (Biotech bear 3x) trades today. It finished up 21.44%. Investors are running from risky bios. AMRN will be unable to run against this tide in spite of any bullish company news. AMRN is a falling knife and sadly, it's making many hands bloody.
