No dividend per the Special Counsel for XNRGI

I asked about it and received this response. I guess that’s that.


In my capacity as Special Counsel to XNRGI, INC., I am not aware of any corporate action taken by XNRGI nor any XNRGI document that projected, promised or declared that XNRGI would declare any dividend for shareholders at December 31, 2019, or on any other future date.
