Well, so far this is holding up quite nicely.

Today's action is retail and dilution appears to be abated for now (meaning this session). Paul is clearly the purveyor on the Note factor, but today, not active/signed off. As noted from RoamingBull's level 11 posts.

Volume just isn't there and depicts that most are in a holding pattern. Certainly some have lowered their positions and is today's action. Any amount sold, drags the issue down, due to the fact it is just plainly a thin spread and can move on a whim.

Usually when the niche players (CSTI and GTSM) move on, the regular and usual disrupter is CDEL. These 2 MM's are also playing the short position and both are foreign, UK and Canadian MM.

I have written an article on CDEL and it's prevailing meddling in the OTC.

My instincts on this issue is about to make a major swift.

Right now we are in a holding pattern and awaiting further clarity.

Expect to hear from the company shortly.

Still buying on this dip.
