Month of February was a new record for sales in Tempe going from $138,000 for February 2019 up to $220,000 for Feb 2020. An increase of approx 60% YoY.

Based on everything including financials that the company has produced, no AMFE division, no AMFE location, no AMFE product is profitable.

AMFE is constantly selling $1 for 75 cents.

Increased sales are meaningless when costs and debt management levels are even higher. ie. losses and debt.

We can say, 'oh this is ok for a startup and a company this stage of the game', but it is not. It is also not ok to expand on something that is not working.

AMFE tell us about profits, tell us that we have a model that is reproduceable and works.

From a share ownership perspective, we are getting diluted because no AMFE business is profitable.

There is no sight of profitability just dilution and hence the decreasing share price and increasing sales volume on the side.

Current shareholders are literally holding the bag.
