I've been listening to Jim Cramer lately. He really likes Tesla...calls it a "technology company on wheels". Says he'd be buying some now, but could see it go to $500 before it makes the turn.

With that being said, SAEAN will be getting a lot of attention and focus, once this gets its new trading symbol, new name, filings/news releases, etc, etc.

Will Tesla want to compete with Saean's technological superiority? They will want to partner with Saean in some fashion, or engage in some sort of buyout deal, or compete with Dr. Lee who has solutions to the current EV problems/limitations.

Curious to see what happens here in the next few weeks and months.
