Nope. Furthermore I did not ever post any sales estimate or pps estimate (any number in any post - as was noted - was an example only) because I (none of us) have enough data, info, etc. .. and time / resources to make a real estimate.

Yes, parts of Eastern Europe are outside the centralized approval process … because they are not a member state of the EU … (e.g. Ukraine)
