It's all theoretical - 'what if' !

Are Generics 'Thives' actually able to replicate Vascepa (took 10 years for Amarin to develop)?

Of Course everybody that knows the truth about Amarin - hopes that the Judge rules in favour of the company - that 'fought and payed in 'Years and Sweat' for the development of Vascepa.

But even in the event that 'Generics Thives' - manage to have some sort of support from the Court - they are stil just cynical 'THIVES' !
